55+ has all the goodness of EstroG-100™, Enzogenol®, marine magnesium and vitamin D3. EstroG-100™ is a patented formulation of three herbal extracts that have been used for hundreds of years. It’s been the subject of three published scientific studies on menopause and naturally supports the body’s natural response to hormonal changes including normal body temperature, mood, healthy joints, energy levels, and restful sleep.
Perimenopause, the first stage of menopause, usually starts in a woman’s 40s but can start in her 30s or even earlier. Menopause is only measured retrospectively and occurs around 51/52 years after which we go into post-menopause. 55+ can be used at all stages but is highly recommended post-menopause.

Pure EstroG-100™
A patented formulation combining the roots of three herbs: Cynanchum wilfordii (Milkweed), Phlomis umbrosa (Jerusalem sage) and Angelica gigas nakai (Angelica).
Cynanchum is a climbing vine, Phlomis are sage-like herbs and Angelica is used as a food, herbal remedy and flavour. These herbs have been used for hundreds of years as culinary herbs in Korea and have a long history of use.
Phlomis umbrosa is wild harvested, while Cynanchum wilfordii and Angelica gigas nakai are cultivated.
Enzogenol®
Enzogenol® is a whole plant extract derived from the bark of New Zealand radiata pine trees using a water-only extraction process. It contains more than 80% proanthocyanidins by weight making it a potent antioxidant. Antioxidants play an important role in reducing oxidative stress and damage associated with the ageing process. In scientific research, Enzogenol® has been shown to support cardiovascular and eye health as well as healthy brain function in relation to mental clarity and focus.
Marine Magnesium
Magnesium is an essential component of our DNA and plays an important part in our overall health including normal nerve and muscle function, heart rhythm, blood pressure and bone integrity. However, 60-80% of adults don’t consume the recommended daily intake of magnesium in their diets. In addition, absorption of magnesium from the small intestine decreases and excretion from the kidneys increases as we age. For these reasons, magnesium supplementation is increasingly used. The quality of magnesium depends not only on its source but also its bioavailability – the ability to be absorbed and utilised by the body. 55+ uses a highly absorbable marine magnesium derived naturally from the clean waters of Iceland.
Vitamin D3
