We want everyone to have a truly royal experience while they’re at Silver Sixpence. To ensure everyone can fully relax and unwind, we would kindly ask our clients to keep in mind the following when they visit us.

We have created a salon environment to give you and other clients a relaxing time. Because of this, we have a no children under the age of 16 policy. This strict policy is not just for health and safety purposes, but it gives others the chance to truly unwind.

As with our children policy, we also have a no pets policy. This excludes service dogs.

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Silver Sixpence Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and / or special at Silver Sixpence Skin Clinic. Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.

During your visit, we ask that you keep your phone on silent/vibrate. If you do need to use your phone during your visit, please use a quiet voice to ensure others can continue to relax.

Access to all salon facilities is exclusively reserved for guests with an appointment for treatments.

To ensure we provide the best service possible for our clients, please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or changing an appointment. Failure to do so will require a charge of 50%  of the service booked.

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time, depending on length/thickness of hair (this will be discussed and confirmed before your service begins).
