BESTOW GUT LOVE + is a pleasant tasting powder with the texture of ground nuts and seeds. The liquorice root gives it a slightly sweet flavour, while the ginger makes it mildly warming.
Can I take it dry?
No. Mix it into food or liquid as it has a high content of fibre which requires water.
Does it make me anti-social?
No. If it does cause bloating, wind or constipation then you’ve had too much for your body. Start slow and build up.
What’s the best way to use BESTOW GUT LOVE + ?
We recommend starting with 1 teaspoon per day with food. This can be gradually increased to 1 tablespoon. Blend with your favourite milk, yoghurt or smoothie.
